This neck-warmer begins with a curated Pendleton blanket — the storied American wool — and the off-cuts gathered from our atelier floor. Made of scraps from our jacket production. Meaning no one will have the same pattern as you!

Each piece incorporates second grade wool from Gudbrandsdalen Uldvarefabrikk — a mill with a long Norwegian textile tradition — adding both warmth and material depth to the design.

As part of our zero-waste approach, all elements are thoughtfully utilised, ensuring that nothing goes to waste. This one exists once, and only once — made to be lived in, and made to last.

The inside is lined with luxurious deadstock fabric from Pontetorto, featuring a touch of cashmere for extra softness against your skin.

The finishing touch on each Warm Neck is a unique gold-toned brass button, handmade by Anne Lise Øvrebø of Øvrebø Smykkeverkstad. Inspired by a traditional smettåkle from Jølster, its motif brings two makers together—uniting artistic craftsmanship and Norwegian textile heritage in a new expression for Recouture.

To keep your treasured upcycled garment looking its best, please note that it requires extra care. Please take this into consideration before making a purchase..
Fresh Air: Allowing your garment to hang outdoors in the fresh air once in a while can breathe new life into it.
Hand Wash: To maintain the optimal appearance of your cherished upcycled garment, we suggest hand washing it in 30 degrees water using a mild wool wash. It's important to avoid leaving the garment submerged in water for too long to prevent chrinking. Wring it out and hang it to dry.
Hang Dry: After washing, let your garment air dry, laying on top of your drying rack. If your neck warmer contains down, let it air dry first. Then tumble dry on a low temperature to bring the loft back into the down.
Store with Love: When not in use, store your garment with love in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
