In 2025, 25,000 garments passed through Norrøna’s repair program.
23,000 were restored.

For the remaining 2,000, the ambition is absolute: zero waste.

Through Recouture, these pieces were not repaired, but transformed — reimagined into new forms, carrying their history forward.

At the New York flagship, and beyond — into Times Square — the project reached its most visible expression.

Because even at the end of use, something remains.
And can begin again.
