Returns & Exchanges

  • We understand that finding the perfect fit on upcycled garments can be a challenge. We strive to provide as much sizing information as possible, including fit descriptions and videos, to help you make an informed choice and to avoid returns for the environment. However, we understand that the fit or style might not always be exactly what you expected.

    Our Return Policy

    If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service at hei@recoutureno. Our Team will send you a return link and give you all the information needed.

    Exchanges

    If you want to exchange an item for a different style, please do so by placing an order on our webshop after having returned the item. The return amount will be transferred to your account within 2-3 business days after the return is received and approved for a refund.

    Please note. Our approach to fashion is distinctive: we offer limited-edition collections with unique drops throughout the year. This means that there will not always be available items on our website for purchase.

    All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order and must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

    Return shipping fee

    Once the return is received and approved for a refund, you will get notified via your registered e-mail address.

    Please note that your return shipping fee with BRING will be deducted from your refund.
