Upcycle your own wardrobe?

How it works

Step 1: Find a Pre-Loved Product.
Search through your wardrobe for a pre-loved item that you believe would align well with our creative concept. For inspiration, you can explore our Portfolio Redesign section. This will provide you with ideas on how to approach your redesign request.

Step 2: Choose a Redesign Option.
Visit our SHOP site and select the design for your chosen product. We offer three different redesign options at this time, suitable for various types of clothing. The pricing details will be available during the checkout process, and you will make the payment when placing the order. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email. In this email, you can respond with any redesign preferences you might have. If you have inquiries before finalizing your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hei@recouture.no.

Step 3: Prepare and Send Your Item.
Carefully wrap the selected clothing item and send it to us. We recommend ensuring that the item is well-packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You will cover the cost of shipping it to us, and we will handle the return shipping back to you, which is free of charge.

Please send your item to the following address:
Recouture

Step 4: Redesign Process.
Once we receive your item, the Recouture team will work their magic. We will send you redesign suggestions through SMS or email, depending on your preference, both before and during the redesign process. This ensures that your vision is understood and effectively realized. Your unique idea will be brought to life, transforming the pre-loved piece into a one-of-a-kind garment.

Step 5: Return of Your Redesigned Item.
Approximately two weeks after we receive your garment, we will send your redesigned item back to you. The timeline may vary depending on factors such as the progress of the redesign, finding the perfect Åkle for the redesign, and the volume of orders in the queue.

By participating in the “Upcycle Your Own Wardrobe program”, you're contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly fashion industry.

Your pre-loved item is given a new lease on life, helping to reduce waste and CO2 emissions associated with clothing production. Not only do you end up with a unique piece that reflects your creativity, but you also play a role in minimizing the environmental impact of fashion consumption.

Let's redefine the future of fashion, —one stitch at a time.
